John has trained and consulted with over 3,500 sales, marketing and customer service people at over 200 different companies in the U.S. and Canada. Covering topics ranging from Effective Communication, Customer Service Excellence, The Best Selling Skills Ever to Total Quality Management. With sales and management experience spanning a variety of markets, he has seen a multitude of situations and their solutions. This is the type of realistic vision he brings to his client companies.

A life long comic book and movie buff, John incorporates the best parts of his hobbies into his presentations. He utilizes his own proprietary technique known as Infotainment© (Information presented entertainingly) incorporating (movie, TV and sound clips) to analogize key points. The result is information delivered with energy, humor and style. Topics are easy and accessible to audiences of all demographics. His unique approach captures and holds an audience's attention. The sensation of learning without feeling "taught" is his gift. His motivation through enthusiasm and knack for involving an audience is an offshoot of his competitive nature. He is an athlete at heart and you feel an athlete’s passion throughout his programs.

John earned All-State and Catholic All-American honors in football at St. Edward High School in Lakewood, Ohio. He attended Kent State University on a football scholarship, where he earned dual Bachelor degrees in Rhetoric & Communication and Psychology. He was also was a 4-year letterman. John currently resides in Westlake, Ohio and cooks (often) for his wife Anne and children Jack and Emily. 2 Labradors and 2 cats are also part of the family mix. A workout enthusiast, he and Anne go to the gym regularly and love to go camping, hiking and mountain bike riding whenever possible.
